Man, Woman, Child, a duet cycle by Jonathan Dove, was commissioned by Samling Institute for Young Artists to mark its 25th Anniversary in 2021, and sets texts by the Australian poet Judith Wright. Samling Artists Shakira Tsindos, Dominic Sedgwick and Ian Tindale present for the first time this version for mezzo- soprano and baritone to tell a story of love, healing and new life. The concert also includes music by Vaughan Williams, Rebecca Clarke, Gerald Finzi, Roger Quilter and Frank Bridge reflecting the themes of Man, Woman, Child.
